You should not limit yourself in that way. A healthy man is very unlikely to get herpes from a woman unless she has active lesions (when you need to abstain). So it would be better to not be limited to only people with that particular problem. Wait until the right time to explain your condition and if there is a developing relationship worth anything this should not be an insurmountable problem.
