Her mother doesn’t want us to be together. From a legal standpoint, what are the girl’s rights to go out and make her decisions in Arizona at the ages of 15, 16, and 17? This includes leaving the house, the mother’s ability to block her from seeing me, etc.

Could one spose use it against the other during the divorce if the other started dating? For instance, man and woman seperate, man starts dating this girl he’s been friends with for years. when the divorce is filed, could the woman use this against the man?
